Our first production batch of C-joints has been completed! After many iterations from early concept through multiple CAD modeling, 3D printing in nylon, and early prototypes, we now have refined our product to a stage of affordable manufacturability.
This batch is destined for the DFAD/Passive House structure for the IceBox Challenge taking place in Oslo May/June 2024. But, these parts won’t be discarded after that demonstration. They will allow the structure to be disassembled into reusable parts, and these core elements will be used for coming projects and demonstrators in the near future.
